Open Skuclerk_Inventory_Planner_v1_0.xlsx in Excel, or import it into Google Sheets (see the included PDF for Google Sheets instructions).
Enter your default lead time, service level target, and holding cost percentage. The README tab explains each parameter in plain English.
Export three CSVs from Shopify Admin (Products, Orders, Inventory). Paste them into the Products Import, Orders Import, and Inventory Import tabs. Include headers — the tool handles the rest.
Your KPI cards, prioritized Order Now list, and top movers are ready. Act on the list. You're done for the week.
